Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

Darvishian Group is committed to making darvishiangroup.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe that access to information about commercial real estate should not depend on how someone navigates the web, and we are working to ensure that every visitor can find our listings, learn about our services, and reach our team.

Conformance status

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of this website do not yet fully meet that standard.

We are currently addressing known issues identified in a recent accessibility audit, including keyboard navigation on our forms, color contrast in certain areas, and screen reader announcements for form errors and confirmations. We expect to complete this work and will update this statement as we do.

Measures we take

• Accessibility is considered when we design and build new pages
• We are building keyboard and screen reader testing into our release process
• We audit the site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and act on what we find
• Third-party content and services are reviewed for accessibility where we have the ability to do so

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain:

• Property listings search. Our listings are served through a third-party platform (RealNex). We do not control its code and cannot guarantee its accessibility. If you have trouble using it, please contact us directly and we will walk you through available properties personally or send them to you in whatever format works best for you.
• Interactive map and assignment list. The Santa Ana track record map and the assignment list below it currently require a mouse to browse. We are actively fixing this. In the meantime, please call or email us and we will send you the full assignment list in any format you need.
• Blog content. Older posts may contain images without complete descriptions. We are reviewing and updating them.
• Some forms. Parts of our application and listing submission forms are not yet fully keyboard accessible. Remediation is in progress. If you have trouble with any form on this site, call (949) 396-1075 or email pasha@darvishiangroup.com and we will complete it with you directly.

Compatibility

This website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) used together with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver. It may not work well with browsers more than a few versions old.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of this website relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA working together with your browser and any assistive technology you use.

If you contact us about an accessibility issue and are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division at ada.gov.

Darvishian Group assessed the accessibility of this website through a combination of self-evaluation, automated testing tools, and a source-code audit against WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
