I'm a 2003 graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business — degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance — and I've spent every year since building a career in Southern California commercial real estate. I started at the nation's largest commercial brokerage and learned how the biggest shops in the country actually run deals. Then I left to build the Darvishian Group as the opposite of that: a firm where the founder still runs every file. Twenty-plus years in SoCal CRE, over $1B in transactions (but who's counting), and a practice spanning retail, office, and industrial across Orange County, Long Beach, and the surrounding markets.
