Pasha Darvishian is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with over 20 years of experience. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate negotiation, including leases, contracts, sales, and leasing. Pasha developed a passion for real estate at a young age. He studied business at the University of Southern California with an emphasis in real estate finance from the Marshall School of Business. Upon graduation, he began his career as a commercial real estate advisor at the nation’s largest national real estate investment brokerage firm.

Over the years, Pasha has worked with many clients, including small businesses, large corporations, and individual investors. He has a reputation for being an expert negotiator and has helped his clients secure some of the industry’s most favorable terms and conditions. With over 20 years of advising clients, Pasha has fostered relationships in the field that allow him to help his clients successfully navigate any market. ​

In addition to his commercial real estate advisor work, Pasha is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is known for his commitment to staying current on the latest trends and developments in the commercial real estate market. He regularly attends conferences and workshops to further his education and knowledge in the field. Pasha also serves as the President of the Uptown Business Improvement District, a non-profit organization developed to enrich businesses in the North Long Beach market.
